How to prepare for my very first class of Bikram yoga?

 

We are very happy you are thinking about taking your first class at our studio. 

If you are a little nervous, don’t worry, you are not the only one. All our instructors are trained by Bikram himself and they will help you get through it with your happy face on. 

It is a beginner class. All postures you will learn and practice are meant for anybody, no experience with any kind of yoga is necessary. If you are not flexible, even better, you are in the right place to change it. 

 

 

  • please, arrive 20 minutes before class to sign up, you can also sign up online or download our waiver and fill it out at home, that will safe you some time. 

  • drink lots of water through out the whole day, if you coming to take the morning class, start hydrating the day before

  • don’t eat a big meal 2-3 hours before class

  • bring a mat,  2 large towels and water (also available to rent at the studio)

  • wear light clothes, comfortable and stretchy

  • bring extra clothes to change after class
